Chocolate and peanut butter, all is right in the world! |
How can you go wrong with this combination of yummy goodness! It is a must to share with others! Get a tall glass of milk or water, whichever you prefer to help wash those sweets down because you are going to need it! This is a no bake recipe and is ready in no time! Great for potlucks, having friends get together, etc. I made these for a barbecue with friends. One square should satisfy anyone's sweet tooth in a jiffy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Melt 1 cup butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and graham cracker crumbs. Spread mixture in a jelly roll pan. Pat down evenly.
- To Make Topping: Melt together 1/2 cup butter with 1 cup chocolate chips. Spread this mixture over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Cut into squares.
I lined a jelly roll/cookie sheet with parchment paper first, makes it easier to remove the slices. |
The chocolate topping now added, stick in refrigerator to chill and set and then a half hour later it can be taken out and kept at room temperature and sliced. |
Sliced and ready to be taken out of the pan. |
See how easy it is to remove them from the pan with the sheet of parchment paper under them? |
A yummy little slice! |
